3:10 to yuma parents guide

I play a lot of brawl and 3/4 of my enemies are a bunch of shooters, which are somehow both too tanky to blow up in one go and also do too much damage to take on in a longer fight.
I think it’s mainly because of the armor reduction mutation. The fact that that stacks, and that half your team can be attack by like 10 shooters at once because of rubber bullets, is really dumb.
The only thing I have found to work vs this is to get damage reflection and hope the shooters blow themselves up. But if they got lifesteal then that strategy is out of the window too and there is pretty much nothing you can do.
Not really a fun experience, since there is no variation in opponents at. It just shooters, all the time.

I 22f was adopted at birth. Soon after my adoption my parents had my sister. She had some complications from birth. She had always been the favorite being the biological kid. Well recently I’ve gotten married and have a kid of my own. I’m fixing to move to a different state and I’m staying with my parents until the move is finalized. Some comments have been made that have made me very uncomfortable.
• while talking about wave runners and being able to ride again my parents mentioned that if I died they would be happy to take care of my little one. • as we get closer to the move they keep suggesting we just leave my kid here and they can raise her. (Idk if they are joking but the have brought it up multiple times) • made me feel bad on certain parental decisions I’ve made. (Not dedicating her at church, not starting her on solids until 6 months, 2-3 baths a week instead of every day, ect)
I don’t know how to talk to them about how uncomfortable I am without them saying “oh I guess we are just horrible parents” and making me feel bad. I feel like I’m second class citizen and am only around now because I gave them a grandchild. Maybe I’m overthinking it, maybe I’m paranoid. I don’t know. Just want this thought off my chest.

My husband just cared for our 17 month old for 5 days while I had to travel for work for a mandatory training. I am almost 8 weeks pregnant.
While I was gone, our kid got sick, so after a few days he wasn’t in daycare. He had to take one day off work to watch him, and then we had a backup care nanny the other days. My husbands mom covered two of the nights and helped a lot, including bringing excessive amounts of food. I was extremely supportive and expressed my love and gratitude the entire trip.
I knew he was tired and went straight to get groceries upon flying back into town, and meal prepped soup. I took our little one out of the house to give my husband quiet time this evening.
I am exhausted and could barely get through the 9 hours of training awake this week (each day, plus 9-10 hrs travel days). Not to mention having to be “on” in front of the individuals that are currently deliberating over who deserves to be promoted into open positions that rarely are available. There was also plenty of work drama, which left me in tears. And I am an introvert but had to network with people after work. I got shit sleep, because, pregnancy - as well as a crappy hard bed, crappy AC (freezing or sweating), noise, etc. I am also dealing with a 2 hour time change, so I am writing this post at 3am according to my body (or alternatively, I had to wake up at 4:30am according to my body during the training)
My son would not go to sleep until 10 tonight which has never happened in my experience, but my husband said he did it every night I was gone. I had offered to “do the night” (sleep with this 17 mo in our bed, while the other sleeps in another room; he unfortunately still takes 2-3 bottles at night) but asked him to stay while we were trying to put him down. (The baby has screamed bloody murder when he tried to leave). My husband ended up picking a fight with me and basically telling me he was more exhausted than I am. He then refused to go to the other room to sleep because it “didn’t count” because it was late. We had already established he would get to sleep until 9:30.
He clearly doesn’t understand what pregnancy feels like. I’m not sure how to tell him. I texted him a Reddit post of women discussing it but like….wtf. And I am now upset at myself for now having insomnia from being upset at him. Not sure if I am asking for advice or just ranting…maybe a little bit of both?

I feel bad saying this, but my friend is a white Latina with two white parents who refuses to acknowledge her whiteness. I’m mixed (biracial samoan/white) and look very mixed.
We were enjoying our time when two white men approached me and said they were playing a guessing game on my ethnicity. I was floored. They said it so casually, referring to my “exotic” features and tossing out guesses about where I “came from”.
I was so offended that I got up and left. I grabbed my things and my friend tried to hold me back. She didn’t understand why I was so upset. She even told me I was I overreacting! It suddenly hit me… my friend has never had to endure this before in her entire life.
Lately she’s been doing things that she hadn’t before: She started wearing hoop earrings and talking with an accent. She’s been embracing this “spicy Latina” stereotype that she wasn’t before and saying things like “aww hell nooo”. It sounds really unnatural because she didn’t grow up that way.
She identifies as “mixed race” to give her act more credibility but I feel like I’m accepting a lie. I honestly have wished to look “whiter” my whole life just to blend in and not be accosted by strangers. But my friend is living this opposite life wants to have “more flavor” which is cringey and unnatural.
How do I tell her that her that our struggles are not the same?

This may sound weird but, I am looking for someone who would cut my hair in a private setting. I never felt comfortable going to hairdresser salons. Don't ask me why, I don't know :D. When I lived with my parents, my mother always cut my hair. After I moved out (about 10 years ago), I always let it grow long again and when it got too long, I just shaved it off. But now I am at a point where I want shorter hair again but I don't want to completely shave it off.
Of course I would pay you the normal price. I would also be willing to try a few hairstyle experiments :D.

For the past seven years, I have been actively involved in the real estate industry, specifically while working for my parents' companies. Currently I'm planning on buying either a GT 1030 or a GTX 1050 Ti. I was originally going to go with the 1050 Ti because it can run off pcie power. But with my power supply being unrated and is already pretty weak at only 240w. I'm starting to see the GT 1030 being the more safer option and yes I know there are 750 Tis and RX 550s out there but I'm trying to play safe with the power consumption here and at least get a decent lowend gpu for my old i3 so I can crank the visuals a bit more and not suffer from the aging ahh graphics card that came with the system (GT 705).

So we have 2 boys, aged 3 and 5 and they start doing… well… siblings stuff. Fighting all the time. It was fine when it was just about one wanting the toy the other had right now, we set rules for that.
You have to know, that we both as parents were only child’s ourselves, unfortunately. His cousins also were only child, so no comparison either. I wasn’t close enough to the rest of my family to „learn“ from that…
We never encouraged our kids wo fight (resembles wrestling) so I guess it just comes naturally? (Never thought that would actually be true lol).
I’m trying to find rules so no one gets hurt, but I don’t know what is normal and I should just let them do. So far we just have „as long both of you are laughing, it’s fine. The moment one of you cries, says no or shows in any other way he doesn’t want that, please stop“.

My daughter has been in the hospital for months and she has at least a month, if not two, to go. I've been parenting my grand with mixed success. (You guys rocked the drivers license advice!)
I picked my grand up from work because she gets off at night and I would rather pick her up than have her drive herself. (I'm okay with being a Boomer on that one.). Tonight when I picked her up, some guy was outside talking to her. He wasn't homeless, I don't think, but he had a series of backpacks (as in more than one) and he was definitely encroaching on her personal space.
He moved away when I pulled up and when my grand got into the car, I asked her why didn't she move away from the guy. She said, and my brain exploded, that she didn't want to be mean. Well, the dissertation that I spewed after that was lengthy and loud. ( I apologized about he vocals.)
I told her she could have moved 20+ steps over where there were people, or walked back inside, or heck, anything other than to stand there. She said I was overreacting and that I always see danger. I told her that SHE needed to see the danger and eff hurting some guys feelings that she will never see again!! Then she said, this Zoomer that I would lay my life down for, what if things escalates if I moved?? And that's why I am here.
That was the most insane utterance I've heard in awhile and I told her she was wrong. She shut down on me. I need to have a better conversation since she's headed for college and I CANNOT let her keep thinking that it's okay for her to be uncomfortable in situations like this, and not the guy.
I can't bother her mom with this and I do always see danger where there may or may not be some. I think it comes with the hot flashes. Can you help me talk to her? I googled but I must have the wrong wording because I wasn't getting helpful articles.

I (28F) have been away for nearly 10 years, between college and working in NYC. I think it’s going to be a big adjustment moving back into the burbs and with family. Ultimately, I’m trying to save money for more schooling and trying to spend time with aging parents. Also, NYC just didn’t feel like home.
How would you recommend I go about reacquainting myself with the city? And for anyone who has left Chicago for a bit and come back, what are some of your reflections?
For more context—I will be working remotely for my current employer but am hoping to get a new hybrid/in-person job and commute in via Metra, mostly for my own sanity. I’d also like to catch up on good Mexican food to make up for lost time. And if I meet someone romantically that’d be sweet too.
