Hey all, I'm kind of interested in purchasing a Normandy Premium squad, but I'm not sure which to buy if any at all. The prices are normally way too steep for me to justify, especially with what little cash I have. But since they're on sale they're not as bad and I really enjoy this game. I'm unsure which to buy if any. Might go for the cheap MP-18 and M3 Field Mods just to have the collectible guns, but those don't count.
Now for clarifications to help you guys recommend items, I am 100% maxed out on all Axis campaigns except for the Japanese. I am maxed out on Allies Tunisia, Allies Stalingrad, and I am significantly far in both Allies Berlin and Moscow. I don't really need any of these squads perhaps other than in Normandy and we're getting the Vickers Squad by early next week. I have Premium and the Battle Pass. Thank you for your help!

Having rediscovered the joy of collecting/owning music 18mnths ago I purchased a pretty decent entry-mid level vinyl setup which I have thoroughly enjoyed. Trouble is, vinyl (a) remains obscenely expensive and I cannot therefore purchase albums at anywhere near the rate I'd like to 📷 (b) takes up a lot of room and (c) tweaks my OCD something chronic in terms of its fragility and 100 things that can go wrong every time I put a record on (I know, I know). So I've decided to swap out the turntable for a CD player to pair with my Sony Dh190 receiver and Q Audio 3020is (which are amazing speakers). I collected CDs throughout the 90s and built a huge collection which I (stupidly) sold off around 15yrs ago, like so many others. Vinyl is great, and I'm not debating the merits of one format over another - for me it is about finding a compromise that allows me to own and enjoy my music in a way streaming can never replicate. Seems that you can pick up a high quality, second hand CD player 10-15yrs old at a decent price. I'm currently looking at a few refurbed items online including: NAD C521BEE Marantz CD6003 NAD 5425 Cambridge Audio Azur 540C All of these appear to be well-reviewed units with decent components/DACs as far as I can see. Sound quality is, of course, top of the list. And yes, ideally I'd like a Marantz 6007 paired with the equivalent PM receiver but, as I mentioned, I'm on a budget (£100-200). Looking for any advice in terms of experience, thanks.

Just curious: I've been putting off my WDW trip that was killed for October 2020 (argh) because we typically use the resort delivery option A LOT for items purchased in the parks when we go. Lockers are such a hassle plus you immediately limit yourself to what can fit. The latest update I've seen was January '23. I know it's returned to DL, but it's still conspicuously absent at WDW. Has anyone heard any whispers of the perk returning anytime in the next year? Thanks!

Hola, I recently bought a boss RC 600, which I've been really happy with. So far using my electrical piano and synthesizer to jam out some minimal piano oriented music. I have my first gig coming up, and started to wonder: So far I've mostly been playing and jamming without thought to it. But the gig is in a month and I want to improve my skills a bit before performing live. The little time I have can be better spend than mindlessly jamming for an hour a day I think.
So question is: How do you guys practice the art of looping itself? Any techniques you find useful? So far best option seems to set a timer for 30 mins, and force myself to finish something within that timeframe, and restart after. Any tips would be nice

I felt really bad coming in so late but I’m leaving for a trip tomorrow and I worked all night, so I went in late but,

Hi, I’ve read dozens of posts on this sub and the HomeKit sub and I’m just getting really overwhelmed and confused. I’m the most basic user ever and I just learned the difference between a modem and a router a couple months ago.

I'm kinda scared to be honest, I've never posted anything on Reddit, and I feel like talking about anything remotely personal is terrifying. I'm really really glad you're all strangers on the internet.
So basically, the other day in gym (kinda cliche i guess) I was playing dodgeball, and I'd been thinking about how my head jerks sometimes. Like I feel like I have control over it, and I can stop it, but it just happens randomly anyways, and often a couple times before I feel like I can stop it. But so I was thinking about it, and it keeps happening, and I'm getting more panicked, I'm standing still as a statue trying not to freak out in a crowd of like 50 people, and the moment I stop trying to stop it, it happens again. At this point, I'm breathing kinda fast, and then sometimes I'm holding my breath, I can still move, I can still talk, but i'm still jerking my head sometimes, i'm really hot and sweaty too. I've kinda just been trying to cope for like 20 minutes at this point. Eventually I head to the bathroom, cry for like a minute, and go back out and just stop freaking out.
Was this a panic attack, or an anxiety attack, I don't know much about these things but, I never really had trouble breathing, I just did it weird, so I don't know if I was just stressed as opposed to some sort of attack?
If it helps, it happens really often when I'm working, usually I'm stressed or bored. Today when I was at work, I felt kinda similar to what i described earlier, except it was less extreme, but also I really wanted to cry, and I made a bunch of random "dolphin" noises. Another thing that sometimes happens is that I scream/cry inside my head, if that makes sense. Like I literally scream, except I close my mouth so it's not audible. I really don't know how to describe crying inside my head. I just want to preface this doesn't happen too often, so far once-ish a week, although some of the sentiments around these events do hang around sometimes.
I would say more things, but I think at that point it would just become venting, any advice would be really helpful, I can't even begin to talk about this kind of stuff outside of being anonymous.

Nice rain effects, great graphics, nice atmosphere, detailed enemy designs, lil frustrating ( but it’s a souls like game so what would ya expect? 🤣)and nice combat. All I all the games looking good so far, though the stealth and some of the combat mechanics will take some getting used to but hopefully when the final product arrives later this year it’ll be more smoother and hopefully we’ll get difficulty settings too.
7/10 great demo again controls gonna take some getting used to.

Anyone having this happen to them? Before you say my product is not popular, I’ve even posted free items and they only get like 50 or less views and a few messages. I have a few accounts that can hit big numbers like over 10k views on each new listing and a lot of other accounts that are being limited in views. All accounts are separated on new devices and have their own 4G proxies so there no way of them being linked. Anyone have a fix for this?

So I was thinking a lot tonight about how tricky it is to respond when I run an offensive stacking build and it gets countered early either by sableeye or a team that coordinates to lock me out of scoring. I am not trying to discuss the pros/cons of running an attack/sp attack stacking build, more just wondering how much to value the stacks once I lose the opportunity to stack in the first 2 minutes.
Obviously I prioritize objectives, but is there a certain number of stacks most people aim for by the endgame? Like is it worth it to die to get 2 stacks midgame if i have none and it doesn’t cost an objective?
These are just examples and obviously context dependent, but I recently learned how much exp an opponent gets for killing an opposite team player and it was a lot less than I realized. There are many other costs besides just giving them exp of course, but i was somewhat shocked by how much lower the exp gain is from dying. I also feel like the power spike from stacking items can be significant and sometimes more necessary when looking at team comp, so I’m trying to figure out how much to value stacking.
These questions are all judgement calls, but the more I play, the more I find my wins/lossrate percentage gets impacted more by these smaller decisions. Just curious how other players who run stacking builds think about these things.

Hi, all. I thought I already posted this but I can't find it, so please excuse if it is a duplicate.
The only place I have to put a pole is right smack in my living room. It has an exquisite floor, laid by my MIL in the 70s when they (meaning the family themselves!) built the house. The floor is constructed of the leftover lumber from the day's construction. All the lumber scraps were cut to the same depth and laid with the end-grain up like a brick floor would be laid, some 70,000+ pieces! Bet her knees hurt!.
Over the years, the lumber (which was green at the time) shrunk and there are now gaps between the pieces. We had the floor redone a few years ago because the pieces were starting to lift, and the contractor filled the gaps with a mixture of sawdust and epoxy.
The problem is that the floor around the pole has some gaps which were not completely filled. Though the floor feels smooth to my fingers, the one time that I tried any low flow/floor work around the pole, my stockings were destroyed. I don't want to risk damaging my skin OR MY SHOES.
I have been looking for a thin surface I can put under my pole and over the floor. Here are my requirements:
1) Thin--i.e., no more than 1/2" thick. 2) Must lay flat; no corners curling to trip me. 3) Must not require adhesive that is not easily removed; can't leave any adhesive residue on the floor.
I thought about a commercial portable dance floor but they are a little too thick AND they, too, have cracks between the pieces. Maybe someone out there has experience with them and can tell me if the cracks matter?
Also thought about laminated flooring or linoleum, but the flooring people say they both have to be adhered to a substrate.
My latest idea is melamine.
Anyone have any ideas out there? Please?
