I am currently working for a small company in Orange County, Ca - 3 employees + 2 bosses/owners.
I came back from my vacation yesterday to find out that there was a big argument between one of the bosses and my coworker.
Essentially- the three of us decided to stop answering phone calls during our lunch break (1hr) because it usually involved talking to customers for 5mins or longer depending on their needs. And we aren’t getting paid for this and it snatches up our lunch time. No one wants to stop mid eating to work.
During the time I was on a vacation said boss got upset because the phone kept ringing and my two coworkers did not answer. It escalated to the point where they were both yelling at each other and my coworker mentioned that “legally” we are not required to answer the phone during lunch and that it should be as if we are not in the office
That same day the other boss pulled my other coworker aside and told her that we should answer phone calls during our lunch break as courtesy because of the “benefits” we are provided •1 hr lunch break •bonuses and pay increase based on performance every 6 months. • as well as a “flexible schedule”
And basically mentioned that these benefits can be taken away. But they were part of our employment offers.
Side note: the boss that started the problem has a history of yelling at employees (pretty much verbally abusive when he is mad) and speaking over us when we try to defend ourselves and the other boss always takes his side and never sticks up for us. They both always act like nothing happened when issues like these happen.

So here we have the estimated data with values from 2022 included. I am only going to point this out once but I think these times are more realistic regarding Toyota because an improvement as big as in 2.2 compared to last year would be crazy.

Toyota seem to be by far the fastest, which wouldn't surprise anyone. Vanwall seem slow, but i have checked multiple times, but every single one of JVs laptimes have been filtered out by the filter algorithm automatically because they were comparatively to slow and this is not even a joke. Their aero package seems less than optimal because topspeed wise the aren't too far off. Ferrari and Cadillac seem to be closer to Toyota than the rest of the field. Both of them seem to have really good pace in quali but i think they can't quite extract the race pace yet. Glickenhaus seems only a bit faster than last year, which was pretty much expected. Peugot will likely be their biggest opponent in the race. Quali times could be very wrong as they seem strange, I have changed some things regarding the calculation for quali laptimes of cars which haven't raced at that track yet. First results showed Ferrari beeing able to go a s quickly as 3:19.38, I find that a bit unrealistic but I could be wrong.

This SHOULD theoretically be more accurate than the data in 2.1, but these values seem soooo unrealistic. Toyota would bee 4 seconds faster than anyone else on average per lap. A 3:25 as a filtered average is way too fast to be true, but we will see. Still, Toyota is shown to be slower than Ferrari in Quali, but faster than Cadillac in this case.

3.0 Adapted BoP

If we were to believe this data, the GR010 would not be a strong qualifying car. But as I mentioned before, the quali times could be off, the Race Pace output has been tested way more and proven to be correct more times than the Quali Pace predictions. Comparing the BoP values and race laptimes does make sense and does not seem to be too far off from reality.

Excluding values from 2022 leads to the Toyota being faster and therefore it gets more ballast and less power. I am looking forward to finding out which one of these two methods is closer to reality, but for this one to be the better solution the Toyotas would have to be so extremely fast that i find it highly unlikely. Especially due to the lower average topspeed in these results.

4.0 Software Feature Demonstration and Automatic BoP

4.1 No Manual Data Exclusion

So basically the software can calculate handling based BoPs, closest match BoPs which disregards the handling completely and tries to get the cars laptimes as close together as possible, a mixture of the two as seen above and custom BoPs.
What you need for that is laptimes, sectortimes, topspeeds, track data, car specs(weight, power curve, front/reano hybrid, hybrid deployment speed, TC/NA engine, etc...).
Here is an example of an automated handling based BoP, which focuses mainly on equaliing the tire degradation, fuel consumption and drivability factors of a car.

4.3 Software Notes

• Many minor updates to everything have been made since my last post
• The racepace and topspeed graphs will not be shown in posts anymore as they are simply for visual representation and do not make much sense
• The software can calculate the probability of one constructor winning
• It can calculate stint lengths from BoP pretty accurately which is necessary for calculating winning chances
• Answer to a question that came up in a discussion between u/afkPacket and me: the racepace graphs had so much noise because i used filtered real lap time data to train the neural network creating those graphs. Real laptimes have just as much noise, and there basically is no correlations from one lap to the next lap in real laptimes. Also, tire degradation does not play as much of a role as in other racing series, especially as it is hard to find out how much pace was gained by burning fuel and how much the tires got slower. These features also have nothing to the with the rest of the calculations, but use them to extrapolate artificially created race data from the results. And that's why i am not including them anymore except if it makes sense to show a real visual representation of something interesting.

I have left out a thousand things I still wanted to say but I simply do not have the time sorry;)

I had to go on disability leave a few years back and I still haven't been able to get help from social security and we've run out of our extra funds ages ago. I've exhausted the nearby charities that could help with rent and utilities and still have our last month of rent to manage. We're moving across country to live with my fiancée's family because they can give us a place rent-free for a while (still need to figure out how to pay our bills, but not having to spend thousands on rent will def help with that).
The problem, of course, is that we couldn't afford to pay towards our debts once I had to leave my job and covid hit soon after, leaving my fiancée without a job for a while too. Even with unemployment coming in for her, we still had to take out loans and the like to try and get by, but we ended up having to stop paying towards those bills in order to make rent/medical payments with what little income we managed to get after that, so our credit scores plummeted and we're struggling to find any place that will lend us anything for our moving costs and last month of rent. My fiancée has been getting sick more lately too (I'm suspecting the stress is getting to her but I'm not entirely sure if it's that or a physical issue that we can't afford to take her to the doctor for). That, of course, has messed with what little income we have. And I was doing art commissions to try and supplement but my main platform was Twitter and now I'm having to try and build up a following elsewhere since so many left after Elon took over so my sales have plummeted. And with the need to pack and finish up commissions I already had that are due soon, I haven't really had the time to focus on building a new audience either.
I've used Dave to try and get a bit of a cash advance when needed but the most they let us take out is $75. Her job let's her take out funds early with a fee but that's usually not enough at the right time to manage rent, not to mention a move on top of that. We don't know where we could get a loan or anything of that sort when she's about to be without a job and I don't have one cuz of disability and both of us have history of not paying more recent credit/loans because of this situation (we both had excellent credit before and paid everything on time, but obviously can no longer do that). When we have attempted loans recently, we get turned down everywhere we try cuz of this. But I don't know what else to do or how to handle this. I've tried posting various places asking for donations or help with wishlists just to get some form of relief but the majority of people who contact me either want me to do something that's obviously a scam or to sign up for something I don't really want in order to help them before they'll send me anything (also possibly a scam).
I also am between banks as my bank closed my account after it was overdrawn too long. I'd love to know of some good places I could get set up with a new bank account but I'm unsure if anyone would let me without having money already available to deposit in the new account. Not sure how to handle that since that leaves us with just her bank account to be shared between the both of us.
I'm so tired and just can't think of solutions anymore. I feel like I've run out of options and I'm hoping someone can point me in a good direction just so we can make it through this month and the move. I just feel so hopeless right now.

I M have discussed today at work with a pair of colleagues (M,M,M,F,F) about how should be paid on the date. They were all of the opinion that it should be 50 50. It would have both what of it. I think that the man should always pay. He is the one who asks for the date. So he invites the woman. Moreover, in my culture it is normal that the man pays. It starts with the man getting the menu with the prices and the woman getting the menu without the prices.
But how do you see that?

Over the past few days, I have had to redo several lessons because Duolingo is not saving my progress.
I complete the lesson and then either:

• the "legendary" doesn't turn gold or...
• the lesson does not show as completed, sometimes showing as completed and then reverting to being shown as not completed.

Is this happening for anyone else? I am so frustrated!

Hi all
Relatively new to playing and I like it as a simple game to play.
However I find that if I play it for more than 10 mins, my phone battery starts to over heat. It’s the only game that I play that does this. Is it just me or do others also have this issue?

I've been going to the doctor for stomach pain every single morning for around 3 years now and. NOTHING. They dismiss whatever I have to say and give me a solution to a problem I repeatedly say I don't have. I try the new pills and it either gets worst or does nothing.
I tried cyproheptadine, hopefully that's how you spell it, and the only reason it makes me feel better is because it makes me super tired, so I'm barely conscious throughout the day.
They say it's IBS but nothing will fix it, from a gluten free diet to a lowfodmap diet. Im torturing myself every single day looking up "morning diarrhea""its treatment""do I have cancer""my doctors won't help me", but don't forget the reddit at the end.
And every single time, it's a person who has been diagnosed with IBS and their doctor won't help so they ask the internet for help. It's sad and would put anyone in a hopeless state.
but I'll tell my story once again:
It started around 2 months into my school year. I was attending school every single day because this year was the year to take hard classes especially since I was aiming for a top school. One morning I got diarrhea and had to uber home since my mom was at work. The next few weeks I was perfectly fine.

My doctor told me to take ibuprofen which I did almost every morning , because the pain just continued
I started getting stomach gurgles like once in my first period class, literally it always happened one time usually around the same time. It didn't bother me much until it started happening twice and then more and more.
I started to skip my first period to the point where the teacher called the police on my mom, which they came to my house to make sure everything was okay.
I was fine, since I didn't go to first period, but then it started happening in 2nd period with even more diarrhea and stomach growling. Literally debilitating.
My grades suffered and I had to change my whole college list to only state schools. I switched to online school only taken 3 classes since I was going to the doctor's office atleast twice a week. I did great in those classes and was able to not be sad not being able to go to school

I was not getting ready for my last year, thinking this was just a mind this (anxiety) as the doctors told me every single day. Trying a bunch of anxiety pills and everything in the book.
It continued to happen and there was nothing the doctors were doing. Everyday I would be on the internet looking up what's wrong with me rather than studying or doing homework. I would be worrying about being in a quiet test room rather than worrying about the test. Im never usually nervous for test because I don't let it define me so I knew that couldn't be anxiety.
--I had to beg my doctor for a colonoscopy and endoscopy, which they found nothing and told me to just calm down.

I can't go to any other doctors because I'm poor and my insurance only works there.

Hello heroes, since i really like this game i want to try gathering as many infos as possible to understand which team is better and when. To do this i need the help of everyone due to the lack of any wiki... That's really disappointing because choosing builds is one of my favorite parts.. Anyway..
1) How do bleed, poison and burn work? I've red somewhere that bleed can "stack" but how exactly? Like if we put many stacks on an enemy, it will take more damage over time? Is it it a fixed damage depending on enemy %hp or is it according to our attack values and enemy defense values? I really can't choose what to run if i don't have those infos...
2) What is your dream team? Let's say you have every hero to lvl 65 and team size 10. You focus on bleed, poison, burn, freeze or raw damage?
3) Does anyone know the exact amount of ASPD and MVSP of Maya and Mia? Or the damage reduction of Austin? Or the slow and speed of Uva and Dr. Forge?
I hate not knowing all those things.. Thanks for every bit of info!

Does anyone know if there's a groupme or any groupchat for this class?

Does anyone have a fix for this? I had the h100i and icue never detected it and I sent it back and got the h150i and it’s still not detecting it but it does show LCD SCREEN in software updates.

Ive tried asking on the forum and discord but they have not reached back for days. I had gsx installed for months but last week the fsdt installer said "install" even though it worked in game. I then tried reinstalling but it does not work and the installer just crashes at 100 percent.

In a conventional heterosexual relationship between a man and a woman, it's expected that a man open building/car doors, pull out dining chairs, cover her in the rain while getting wet himself, pausing for the food, etc.
But isn't this essentially the dynamic of an adult-child relationship? The things I listed above is stuff an adult generally does for a child. Did I uncover some weird insane secret about our society or am I overthinking this?
