Am I the only one that's happy about an all female lounge catering to wlw? It's always been lgbtq+ as a whole. There's no problem there but I have always wanted to be in a sea of women who I know love women.

I want to start off by saying there is no one solution to slow down a player like Jokic. Even a perfect defensive strategy will eventually start to fail when a player of Jokic's caliber sees it enough. What you have to try to do though is throw different looks at him in hopes that it takes him a possession or two to readjust, and it's that type of look I'm talking about here.
Lowry is an unlikely "Jokic-stopper", but I think he can give him problems if only used for a handful of possessions each game. Here are a few reasons why:

1. Nobody on Miami can handle Jokic in the post one-one-one. If he gets down low, you pretty much have to send help and/or at least pretend to send help in hopes that he passes out of the post. The goal here though is to prevent a true post-up from ever happening (easier said than done of course). If he does post up Lowry, you are sending help which is true for 95% of Miami's roster.
   
2. Lowry actually leads the Heat in blocks in the playoffs. At 6' and 36 years old, he's far from a prototype rim protector, but he has great hands when a bigger player is driving on him. If/when Jokic gets Lowry on him above the 3 point line, he will struggle to simply dribble into the post without risking a turnover. Maybe he gets an easy shot off, but there's a decent chance Miami takes possession. I think this is a risk the Heat will take.
   
3. Lowry on Jokic (when on the perimeter) means Denver will likely hesitate on who to send for a screen. Regardless of who has the ball, any screens involving Jokic would likely result in the bigger player switching onto Jokic and Lowry switching onto a smaller player. By "giving up" the switch ahead of time, maybe Miami can be more prepared for Denver's secondary action and/or cause confusion in their initial offense. Especially if Lowry is picking up Jokic 3/4 court after a made basket.
   
4. Lowry on Jokic can help Miami's foul situation. First of all, he's going to try and draw a charge on Jokic any chance he gets. Secondly, if you just accept the fact that Jokic is going to draw at least 5 fouls per game, than Lowry picking up a couple of those will hopefully free up other Heat players as the game goes on to play more aggressively on defense.
   

Again, there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to Jokic. He will eventually figure out any defense you throw at him. But the occasional curve ball of Lowry starting on him 2-3 times per quarter might be just crazy enough to at least break even, which is as much as you can hope for in some stretches against this great Denver offense.

I hear so much in the spiritual community about how we choose the bodies we incarnate with, how we choose our experiences etc. Ive even heard that higher beings might not take on the same perspective as we do as far as our disabilities and life experiences go, so they willingly incarnate into those experiences from a higher perspective.
Thoughts? I personally think some(pretty much anything aside from just shitty luck of the draw because why would you consciously do that to someone) of them are a bit screwy, but im only a human so my perspective is limited.

I'm happy to start at level one and I've kitted her out with some basic stuff.
a small snippet of her backstory.
Her family is well known for being a part of this fighters guild where they try to defend life instead of taking it. Lirael like most of her family before her enrolled into the guild at a young age where she was given a master to train her and to do their best to show Lirael the way of this guild.
when she was older and was in a sparing session with a fellow classmate she began to lose the fight and one of the Ancestral Guardians showed up to protect her. this caused her to freak out and run away fearing what had happened would bring disappointment and embarrassment to her and her family.
she now roams from town to town and has become an arena fighter. (gladiator background) she's made a small name for herself and earnings.
she's also desperate for love and seeks it wherever she can in hopes that perhaps being able to settle down may bring her slight peace as she doesn't understand what is happening to her with these Guardians.
there is a lot more to this character than I've written down and I'm happy to work with the DM to either expand on it or make some future plot ideas.

This is a common verse used by Christian Universalists to argue for the eventual salvation of all people (the passage was a favorite of Origen and Gregory of Nyssa to support their doctrine of the restoration of all things). The "all" who shall be made alive in Christ are the same "all" who have died in Adam. It doesn't make sense that Paul would use "all" to mean opposing things in the same sentence. Opponents to this view will assert that Paul doesn't literally mean all people here, but "all types" of people. That is: "For as in Adam all types of people die, so also in Christ shall all types of people be made alive. " I find this unconvincing given the reference to Adam. Paul says in Romans 5: "Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned.
It's clear that Paul thinks all people -- every single person, not just all types -- died in Adam. If Paul had wanted to denote "all types" he could have indicated that. The reference to "all" who die in Adam strongly suggests universality.
Further on we have: "For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet." This also denotes universality.
Later: For “God has put all things in subjection under his feet.”
Now this is interesting, because this is one place where Paul *doesn't* mean "all" when he says "all." And we know this, because he tells us! ("But when it says, 'all things are put in subjection,' it is plain that he is excepted who put all things in subjection under him"). Paul goes out of his way to tell us here when he does not use "all" to denote universality.
Thus when Paul says "For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive," it's exceedingly likely that he is talking about all of humanity.
And really this makes sense, because we know from elsewhere in scripture that God wants all to be saved and to come to knowledge of him. We know that God is able to save all. We know that God is restoring all things to himself through the blood of the cross. We know that God's anger doesn't last forever, but his love does.
To quote the German pastor Ernst Christoph Hochmann von Hochenau:
"Concerning the restoration of damned men after death . . . : that just as all mankind are fallen in Adam so must all men be reborn through Christ, the other Adam; if this were not true, it would necessarily follow that Christ was not mighty enough to restore the human race which was lost through Adam, and in this connection the whole 5th chapter of the epistle to the Romans can be read, and from this it may be seen how the Restoration, through the mediatorship of Christ, is much stronger and more mighty than the power of sin through the fate of Adam. 1 Corinthians 15:22 states clearly that as in Adam all die, so in Christ shall all be made alive." Sorry about the long post but I’m seriously confused Hello all I (M27) matched with someone on Feeld (F26). We instantly connected and vibed like crazy. We very quickly moved from the application to whatsapp and then even to the call within a few hours. Mind you I'm quite a patient person. This person suggested we moved on different applications. (Dating app -> whatsapp -> call) We connected amazingly intellectually, emotionally, mentally wherein this person even mentioned i could be their soulmate. But I don't believe in Soulmates. We even discussed our kinks and fetishes. And they almost aligned. Except for a few things which were not super important for either od us.
She is extremely beautiful and I'm average if you really ask me ( in comparison to her),to which she stated that she doesn't care one bit about my appearance untill i touched her mind and soul. ( Which i did apparently, not my words but hers)
After a week of talking, some stuff went down at her end. And she was feeling low. And requested we i would come over. With no promises of anything happening. Which was super fine by me as I was not in any rush as i really felt something really good could come out of this. I was into this emotionally as i saw this spark and I was genuinely worried about her being slightly sad. And wanted to do something to cheer her up. So when she invited me over i cooked something to cheer her up as she really liked the local food from where i come from. The meeting was quite short 2-2.5 hours as she lives far away and i had to take a bus to reach with not so good connections. The date/meet up went amazing. We talked and there was that spark still. Obviously i was in awe of how pretty she was and my heart was smitten. But i held onto my nerves. We had the food i brought and some alcohol. After the consent we made n stuff. Details not so necessary. But one instance that was important is that she told me that she made a personal red flag list and always made to check it with the guys she would meet. And we both went through the list together and i didn't show any red flags so far. To which she told me I'm perfect. And i wasn't faking anything to be honest. That's how i really am.
I couldn't stay overnight as i was leaving for a week long office trip the next day in another country. So i had to end that meeting. She seemed like she enjoyed it alot too. And i did too. Believe me i did regret having that office trip the next day. However, at the end she did offer to pay for my taxi if i stayed overnight( I felt like she wanted me to stay). But I couldn't do that to her as the taxi would ha e costed her a fortune and I'm just not comfortable in asking her to pay for me because the amount was too big and we just met. And I wasn't packed everything for the trip 😭
Anyways, i got slightly busy on my trip, which i i immediately communicated and she was very relieved and did tell me that she would've gotten paranoid had i not communicated. But I'm a very communicative person. She had some issues with her bestfriend that she told me about. And she had a total nervous breakdown because of it and wasn't able to handle it. Plus i wasn't there to help her in anyway. And after i came back from my trip. She was just too sad and broken for anything. She told me this.
And told me that she is not in a good mental state to date anyone. And thanked me for everything and told me no one in her lifetime has been able to hold so long conversations with her like i used to and how i was such an impactful person in her life. So we ended on positive terms wishing each other well. I removed the app as she did too. As i needed some time off after this emotionally intense interaction. Plus i did feel so amazing with her and was sad that this didn't work out. I met other people in life.
And now after 8 months, i re-joined this app.
I saw her again on that application. And I don't know if i should swipe left or swipe right on her. I mean the connection was just mind blowing. But what if she doesn't feel the same way and I'd embarrass myself if i swiped right. And she wouldn't. But on the other hand what if this was actually a sign that i should match and talk to her again and i ignored it and lost this amazing connection i had with this person.

This rant is all about my person who is mine, mine alone. He is my MASTER who doesn't acknowledge being my boyfriend, or anything that related to slightest commitments. Master loves freedom hates commitments.
My master is considerate, loving, caring, affectionate in a way that most people won't understand. Also, he listens, understand and stay open minded. Still, he is so unfair to me, when I claim him to be "MINE and MINE ALONE".

I lift heavy 3 times a week, I tend to do it at 6am. I have noticed a few times that after a particularly heavy workout my ability to focus on my work is really bad, and I do believe I am re-fuelling well afterwards.
It’s got to the point where I might move my lifting to after any focus work is required! But I love the consistency of my morning workouts 😞

Tldr - befriended someone whose oversharing and crossing boundaries. They're my neighbor. How do I draw the line in the sand tactfully?
A few months ago I found out my neighbor (who I barely spoke to up until this point) had his mother pass. Out of support, I offer he stop by now and then to hang out and get his mind off things.
Fast forward to today, this guy seems like he's using me in place of a therapist. Almost anytime I'm outside he comes over to talk. Normally he shares 1-2 anecdotes of what's going wrong in life. This can range from job worries, to sexual dysfunction issues, to unresolved trauma (and subsequent rants about wanting to attack supposed domestic abusers). I usually dismiss what he says and move along, thinking maybe the loss hit him hard - but I feel like this guy actually has no boundaries.
This past weekend, he invited me over to a party. Now, my wife's family is going through their own loss and we had a small gathering to help with the grief. I explained this to him and insisted I needed to be present for that. The guy ended up texting me still to ask what I was doing that day.
My gut says this guy just has a complete lack of boundaries. Being mindful he may be going through some things still, can anyone recommend some strategies for establishing my own boundaries and telling him he needs to stop coming to visit? Is this a situation where I'm better off just phasing him out?
Hunch is this needs to be quick and direct, but I don't even know if I should mention the "why."

Just finished everspace 2 main story, absolutely loved the game, got to lvl 29 and completed all challenges except for the destroy armour of bloodstar overseer because after finding out how to complete it I never saw one again.
Did think about trying to 100% every area but after flying around for 30m trying to find something and not finding it I quickly gave up that idea lol.
Is there any point in doing the rifts? Just fighting harder waves of enemies with no story progression isn't my thing.

I'm mulling a game that splits the difference a bit between Monsterhearts and Monster of the Week: not quite as pure-interpersonal as Monsterhearts, but with more of a drama bent than Monster of the Week. But I'm just not sure how to fit it together.
And yes, I've read through Misty Cove. It's close, but I don't love the emotions-as-attributes thing. I just don't know when I should be rolling Fear or Sorrow, for example. I feel more comfortable with ToX's values, but maybe I just need to be sold on it.
Smallville, with Values + Relationships is also pretty close, but I'm not sure about Relationships as a prime set. That feels like it's going too far. (Is it?)
Really, (borrowing terms from Hillfolk / Drama System), I'd like to find some way to incentivize dramatic scenes (maybe as a PP source) to help power through more procedural scenes.
My baseline guess is to do something like Distinctions / Values as prime, with Relationships / Sig Assets on the side, plus maybe another prime set, maybe do the Hot / Cold / Volatile / Dark as attributes.
Any thoughts?
