Consistency is key. We’ve all heard that statement before but most of us have brushed it aside. According to Merriam-Webster, the definition of consistency is “marked by harmony, regularity, or steady continuity; free from variation or contradiction.” I love the steady continuity and free from variation part as it specifically applies to having an eBay business.
Many of today’s top icons have been the most consistent. Drake and Taylor Swift are two of the most listened to artists on Spotify in the past year. Both have been making music for about 20 years and regularly put out a new album almost every year. Currently, the Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat will play for the championship in the NBA Finals. In a time of frequent and rapid changing of rosters, these teams have gone against the norm and kept the same coaches and key players for several years. Now, they are the only teams left. Looking around in most any field, the most successful have been the most consistent.
eBay businesses also benefit from great consistency. Much of the eBay algorithm is presumed to favor and reward consistency. The stores that have consistently listed the most for the longest usually have the largest sales totals. These stores have been the most consistent and are now reaping the benefits. In my personal store, my sell through rate is often 30-50% higher when I am listing every day compared to when I am not. By continually doing the same thing, I can have a greater reward for the same effort.
Consider the performance of two different stores. Store one lists consistently, and store two does not list consistently. Store one might have daily sales such as 300, 280, 330, 290, 310, 340 whereas store two might have daily sales of 270, 120, 340, 290, 200, 160. As you can see, store one has less variation in sales and is a more predictable outcome. The inconsistent store has some good and some very bad days. It’s hard to predict and create a growing business without a consistent outcome. Store one will continually outperform store two and likely keep growing to higher totals.
eBay is a business where the outputs equal the inputs. If you have the same or similar inputs, AKA regularly more listings, you will have an overall predictable output of sales. The same goes for inconsistency. As a business, your processes must be sound so that every day can be the same. You must have a continual source of inventory that you can easily list and know exactly how to list. Next, you must always process the inventory to be listed in the same way. You should already know how to list the items before you have purchased them. Finally, the items must be listed and put into inventory in the same way. This creates a continual flow where eBay can become very repetitive and predictable.
On eBay, consistency truly is key. Its algorithm rewards those who are consistent. By running a business, we are tasked with creating consistency, and finding the best way to do it day in and day out. Growing a storefront is a grind, but that is where the basis of the store is built. Much like releasing a hit song or winning a championship, success on eBay comes to those who are consistent.

So I'm failing my exams when I studied very hard, and yet other people who didn't study nearly as much as me are succeeding while I don't, I'm getting such super embarrassing remarks taking into account the effort I'm doing, I'm extremely upset right now and I have been noticing that my focus and concentration is nearly zero.
As an example, today in Biophysics exam, I was staring at the exercise and while doing that I was imagining completely fictional stories in my head! I have been doing that since Elementary school but now that I'm in the college (med school) and it's much harder, it's affecting me greatly. I have been noticing that no matter what, I either have to put a song/music on or I draft away in my imagination on-off for hours or doing them both at the same time (most common) and this might be the primary reason why I cannot answer the questions.
I have literally zero friends and I'm extremely asocial. I don't want generic comments, please help, tomorrow is the final exam and I absolutely cannot focus or concentrate no matter what.

After the EoS, we got an option to download offline version data. The offline version does not offer any kind of playability, however, it works as a great gallery (why did I screenshot every character's profile yesterday smh) of your owned characters. It also includes an album of CGs, songs, keywords, and interaction with the home characters (can be switched by right/left sweep).
It actually is a nice feature, especially for the character profiles I wanted to keep.

Latvia's foreign minister Edgars Rinkevics was elected as the Baltic country's new president on Wednesday, the first openly gay person to hold the office.
"I will do everything for our country to prosper and be secure," Rinkevics said after the vote in parliament.
Latvia's president is selected by lawmakers and is a largely ceremonial role.
