There are a few homicide cases where the person was either charged with homicide only for killing the fetus or double homicide for killing a woman carrying a fetus, if they were aware or not.

I see here a lot that people say fetuses aren’t people and the law protects people. So my question is, if fetuses aren’t people then should these convictions be overturned and retried as something like bodily harm instead? Doesn’t the fact that it’s classified as homicide in the first place show the belief that it is a human?

There is this tendency on reddit to blame bad behavior of dogs on their owners, which is ridiculous. Sometimes it is inadequate training but often its just that dogs are wild animals. They're unpredictable. A sweet, well trained dog can become a behemoth if its prey drive gets activated. Other dogs simply cant be trained. To pretend otherwise is not only wrong but dangerous. I think a lot of dog owners on here have a hard time imagining their dog being violent. Im sure all the owners of dogs that went haywire thought the same.
Some examples of what Im talking about. Its clear in all these instances, the dog was extremely well trained and looked after:

There are probably more that happened; but, these were the ones that made the news. It is impossible to pretend that this is normal any longer.
I urge you all to start speaking up. If you have a child in school, send these stories to the Administrators. If your work required the vaccines make sure H&R knows what is happening. This is not the time to sit idle. Do not underestimate the impact a small action can have.

The purpose of this study is to determine the ECG parameter change and the efficacy of ECG screening for cardiac adverse effect after the second dose of BNT162b2 vaccine in young population. In December 2021, in cooperation with the school vaccination system of Taipei City government, we performed a ECG screening study during the second dose of BNT162b2 vaccines.
Serial comparisons of ECGs and questionnaire survey were performed before and after vaccine in four male-predominant senior high schools. Among 7934 eligible students, 4928 (62.1%) were included in the study. The male/female ratio was 4576/352. In total, 763 students (17.1%) had at least one cardiac symptom after the second vaccine dose, mostly chest pain and palpitations. The depolarization and repolarization parameters (QRS duration and QT interval) decreased significantly after the vaccine with increasing heart rate. Abnormal ECGs were obtained in 51 (1.0%) of the students, of which 1 was diagnosed with mild myocarditis and another 4 were judged to have significant arrhythmia. None of the patients needed to be admitted to hospital and all of these symptoms improved spontaneously. Using these five students as a positive outcome, the sensitivity and specificity of this screening method were 100% and 99.1%, respectively.
Conclusion: Cardiac symptoms are common after the second dose of BNT162b2 vaccine, but the incidences of significant arrhythmias and myocarditis are only 0.1%. The serial ECG screening method has high sensitivity and specificity for significant cardiac adverse effect but cost effect needs further discussed.

This comes after 2 Las Vegas high school students died of heart attacks, an Air Force Academy Cadet died of a heart attack on his way to school, and a 20 year old collegiate tennis player died in his sleep in a 1-2 week period.

Read about it in this News Article. An off Sheriffs Deputy sent a girl flying half a block down the road. Police arrived at the scene and quickly took him away. Huntington Police Department aren't required to have a dash cam and the officer is claiming to have had a green light. The state police are pulling the black box information to see how fast he was going. Multiple witnesses state that he was speeding at the time of the incident. This will most likely be swept under the rug and while he gets a slap on the wrist.
